Job Title: Consultant Neuroradiologist - Sponsorship Offered
Location: Belfast HSC Trust
MPA Recruitment has been appointed by the NHS in Northern Ireland to source a Consultant Intensivist/Anaesthetist for The Western Health and Social Care Trust – Sponsorship offered.
You will be responsible for providing satisfactory, high quality medical care to patients in general, and more specifically to those with disorders in related field. This will include the provision of appropriate consultative services as requested by other inpatient and outpatient consultants, in accordance with standards of medical care laid down by the hospital. You will assume responsibility for patients under your care and will liaise with various support service departments and medical specializations to provide appropriate and timely medical care.
Essential Criteria:
Full Registration or Eligibility for full registered with GMC
Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Radiology via CCT, CESR, or European Community Rights.
Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists or equivalent.
Minimum 24 months of subspecialty training in diagnostic neuroradiology.
Proficient in written and spoken English, complete IELTS or OET exam if required
Eligibility to work in the UK as per UKBA Immigration Regulations.
Desirable Criteria:
Subspecialty training in areas like paediatric neuroradiology, head and neck radiology, neurooncology, ophthalmology, or spinal imaging.
Involvement in relevant neuroradiology research projects.
Experience in teaching undergraduate or postgraduate students and/or paramedical staff.
