Full-Time Mental Health Support Workers (Day Shifts) Required in Bangor

We’re on the lookout for 3 full time dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Bangor, offering full-time hoursfor day shifts on a rotational basis, to include weekend cover also (with enhanced pay rates!)

The Person:

·         6 months minimum paid experience working within a similar role

·         CPI Trained is preferrable but training will be offered

·         Compassionate, patient, and have excellent communication skills

·         A desire to help others thrive and overcome challenges

·         Registered with NISCC

·         Willingness to do mandatory training courses

·         Must complete Enhanced Access NI check

The Role:

·         Providing tailored emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health challenges

·         Assisting with all aspects of promoting independent living to assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting

·         Collaborating with the care team to develop and follow personalised support plans

·         Offering occasional night support to ensure continuous care only when required
