Due to the increased demands across Children & Family Services we are recruiting Band 4 Social work Assistants across Belfast
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (preferably full time part time may be considered depending on availability )
Location: Across Belfast
Pay Rate: 12.86 per hour & 0.56 per mile
What does the job in involve?
The Social Work Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting social work managers in the provision of quality social work services to children and families. He/she will work within a Children’s Services Team and will undertake tasks allocated by the Social Work Team Manager to support social workers in the discharge of their duties. The Social Work Assistant will also be expected to ensure continuing professional development through training, supervision and learning in line with NISCC registration requirements.

Do you meet the criteria?
· 6 months in a similar role within the UK
· Registered with NISSC.
· A full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance
· Willingness to do mandatory inhouse training.
· Must complete Enhanced Access NI check yearly.
